goodies wall accessory doesn't show up at all

hi! we have archicad goodies and I have it's library loaded in library manager. For some reason however I can't find a way to use it... as it shows absolutely nothing in library but I tripled check and it is loaded, saying "missing wall accessory objects" .

The accessories library is in a seperate folder to the rest of the libpacks, and the libpack itself needs to be loaded, not the containing folder.

Are you sure you have the Accessories Library loaded?

It is in a different location to the main libraries.

In 28 you must load the actual Accessories Library Pack, not the folder that it is in.

If you are sure you have done this, can you show an image of your loaded library packs?

yes! adding now! 🙂 so... I just added the "library folder" recently.. not sure how to additionally add the "accessories library pack" - it is already installed, Could you helppp please?

I followed this manual https://graphisoft.com/us/downloads/goodies which says only to instal and how it would run automatically... it loads in menu under "design" some of its part but when I choose to add stuff, it shows nothing in library so I thought adding it in library would do the trick but nope. not sure what to do
