Beginner Needing Help Please

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me what the large blue plane shown above my model is in the attached screenshot?

I'm trying to understand whether my model is positioned correctly relative to it, or if I need to adjust any settings.

Any advice on what this is and how to correct it would be appreciated.

For anyone who stumbles upon this, the OP is probably talking about the Editting Plane which is inline with what I would assume to be the User Origin located over a storey above the Global Origin.
