First enter edit mode. Then choose panel tool (grey square) and click on the deleted panel space - it will place new one, with parameters, set in panel tool dialogue.

If you still have the panel class then just reinstate the panel in the opening...

If you have lost too much critical data, you could try recovering a copy of the curtain wall from a recent backup file and paste it into your current file at the original location.
