Can surface properties be copied for another surface ??

Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz

Do you mean within the Cinerender settings?
I remember it being mentioned that they wanted to do this (I believe it can be done in Cinerender itself), but it seems it has not been implemented.
I haven't checked 24 but I wouldn't expect it to be any different.
