Casework Knobs not showing in elevation or in 3D View

Casework knobs not showing in elevation or in 3D View. Even the sink taps aren't showing.

I brought our new-for-AC19 template forward to 20. For comparison, the cabinets show knobs and sink faucets. I inserted default cabinets and they worked fine as well.

My project was also brought forward from 19. However, the knobs had originally stopped displaying in 19. If I try and place a default casework object the hardware still doesn't show.

My intuition says something needs to be 'toggled' like a material updated. Is the material displaying correctly? I.E. draw a slab of it, does it display?

BTW, was your 19 template brought forward from 18 or earlier? We had a bunch of issues going to 19 and I ended up doing a full rebuild of our template from the AC19 commercial template. I'm wondering if some legacy issues from 18 or earlier are showing up.

Changing the materials of the knobs or tap didn't make them appear.

ANSWER!!

It's connected to the model view options.

I was using the default Construction documents middle and the setting had checked "Hide Furniture knobs in 3D" & "Hide Taps in 3D"

They have reappeared!

How about knob style?

Did this start as an 18 or earlier template?

What if you create a new drawing from a default AC20 template?

Are your video card drivers the latest?

Trying to discern if it is AC20, your template, or your hardware.

I had no idea of that setting. I still learn something every day with this program.
