Solved! I was finally able to get in touch with the original drafter of this job. They created two libraries that can be swapped out for each other - one with B&W .jpg files of the textures and another with color .jpg files!

Karl, no I gave up on Microsoft support years ago. Everything is finger pointing at the other application, check with them kind of thing. Barry, thanks for the heads up. I did just apply an update this morning and 22 is back working.

Ok, I realized my issue with the AC22 download (duh) and got it, installed it. It opened. But it wanted the latest AC22 version and library. I downloaded and installed. And now it crashes.

I had another user (on a Mac) join the project and save me a .pln file so at least I can work in 23 on my job for the time being.
