Changing story settings...

Is it possible to change the levels of the stories in Story Settings dialog without moving up or down the building??

No. Elements belong to the stories and move with them.

It's not so hard to move the parts after the story heights are changed. Just turn on all the layers and go floor by floor, select all and move up or down as needed. This can be done in plan or 3D. It should only take a few minutes for a small building, maybe half an hour for a large one.
