Changing the Properties of a Morph Element

I changed a roof into a morph element, is it possible to change it's properties back to a roof so that the walls will trim to it?

No - once you change to a morph then that is it.
The only thing you can change a morph into is saving it as an object.

However you can still use Solid Element Operations to trim to a morph.
