Click on node tool pallet, appears then disappears quickly

Click on node tool pallet appears, then disappears quickly, so quickly in fact there's no chance of using the pallet.....very strange indeed, has anyone had this issue or can explain it??? any help given much appreciated

In your Work Environment it is probably set to "Jump to preferred position" and this may well be off screen now because you accidentally dragged it there once.

Try to re-apply your Work Environment or if you have not set one up re-apply the Standard Work Environment.
This may reset the default location.

You can also hold the mouse button and move to the pet palette before it disappears.
Or you can change the setting in the Work Environment to "Follow cursor" and it will always be close by.


If it is set to jump to preferred location you should be able to see where it jumps to if you watch as you let go of the button.
It may well be on a second screen if you have one.
If you can track it down you can drag it back if the above does not fix it.
