Complex Profile Doesn't Strech

Anyone have any idea why a complex profile would give me the icon "allowing" me to stretch a complex profile in section, but then not make any changes when I actually grab it and stretch it? Everything looks like it's going to work perfectly, then nothing happens.

In the Profile Manager Profile Editor window, turn on the Vertical Stretch lines and check their locations, a Complex Profile cannot be smaller than its original size.

Also, I've had problems stretching when the origin of the CP is at the top of my CP. I move the entire CP so the origin is at the bottom and it works.
