I am having some problemas using Archicad 10 in a "Executive way"...
Somebody knows how to resolve skin problems in walls with
variable thickness ?

This is a bit of a tough one. The ends won't make the returns automatically. The options are:
1. Eliminate the plaster on the offset faces and wrap the surface with a thin wall of just plaster (use composites for control of the contour pens).
2. Find (or write) a wall end that will make the closure.
3. Patches.

Draw a short segment of wall perpendicular using the thicker wall type.
In the attached example I drew a 6" wall, 2 perpendicular segments the short section making a finished wall to the 4" wall.
