i have 2 problems...

1.
why is there a line between 2 walls? one is composit, the other is comon brick...

2. how to make insulation bigger... just one curve... so if you zoom in, it is almost the same width...

1. this could be a number of reasons:
- is the inner skin of your composite wall the same fill as the wall meeting it (ie. common brick)?
- do you have the same priority on the common brick wall as you do on the skin of the composite wall?
- do you have the same intersection group number on the layer of each wall (if the walls are in different layers)?

2. not sure about this but there is a new function in archicad 13 that has smart insulation if you use custom profiles instead of composite walls but i have not tried this myself

1. priority is the same... they are the same type... the same layers... everything...

BTW... if i put it over the wall to the other site to make it like a cross, then they merge together like they should...

hmmmm.....maybe the priorities are in the wrong order, otherwise i have no idea

That is because Reference lines must meet too.

Regarding insulation display - Check your On Screen View Options (in View menu AC11) - it should be set for Vectorial Hatching to display to scale, otherwise fills show as Bitmap representations and show the same as you zoom in and out.
