Coordinate conversion (confusion?)

How do I convert (or where can I) from the lower coordinates incircled to the format Archicad uses? (Incircled in red). As you can see, I tried the easy way, just entering the numbers into Project location. That didn't work 🙂

Click on the right-arrow just beside the "N". You'll be able to change the degrees for decimal instead of ° ' ".
