If they do fix it in an update, then yes, let's hope that they do.

Make sure in your work environment you have set it so you will get notifications of updates.

Otherwise, you will just have to keep a look out.

Hi @Niranjan Das Sharma

You are right, apparently there is not such kind a Corner Window element type, nor a proper Archicad classification for it, so if needed maybe you could create your own branch within Opening/Window and manually assign it to those singular windows in order to use it as a criterion for your schedules. Any way they will appear as individual windows.

Oh Ok. Thank you let me try this.

But here Barry says

That post was from 2017, I guess things have changed since then.

I just opened version 22 (the oldest I still have installed) and it is there.

In version 28 it is no longer there.

I'm not sure exactly when it disappeared.

It was still there right up to version 27.

Its not there in 28, even when you choose 'Show More'.

The strange thing, I created a schedule in 27 with criteria for 'corner window'.

I then opened that file in 28 and it appears fine in the schedule criteria scheme, but still not in the drop down list.

So that could well be a bug.

Not a carry over from the new 28 global library set up I hope ?

I don't think so.

Loaded libraries should have no effect on what we see in the schedule criteria.

Hi,

I just checked and the element type dropdown list does not include the corner window type, but that element type value actually exists when added to the schedule.

It could be a minor bug to be solved in coming hotfixes. I wish... 🤞

You would have to report it to your local Archicad support.

Graphisoft may not pick up on it here.

Hi @Niranjan Das Sharma

I have just received the answer from the Graphisoft support team. They escalated the issue to the development team.

Meanwhile, the workaround could be to create a schedule in AC27, add a Corner Window into the criteria, then save the file and open it in AC28. The element will appear in the schedule.
