Menu Options>Element Attributes>Line Types
You'll want to create your new line on the floor plan, copy it and then open the dialog.
Create a new symbol type line and then paste the artwork in.
Adjust the spacing to suit.
There's a weird scaling thing going on that others can help with since the sizes change... you'll see what i mean.

Creating new line types at workstation considered "fun."

Let me get back to stripping paint. Now THAT is fun. Heat gun much safer than blowtorch.
