Creating elements on a rotate grid in 3d

Velocipede2022_1-1789430259633.png

So in 3d the foundation you see in the image is a bit rotated from the main XY axis.  I can set the construction grid rotated to match.  But when I go to make the slab it is still wanting to create it from the primary grid?   What setting am I missing??

Thanks,

Operating system used: Windows 11 (unfortunately)

Try using the 'Rotated Rectangular' geometry method for your slab.

All tools with rectangular inputs have this option.

Alternatively, in plan you can rotate the screen so it is square (can't do that in 3D).
