Creating stairs using selection

Hi! I am using AC for about 4 years and I have never dealt this problem yet. I was using "Create stairs using selection", but I don't want landscapes in stairs. What can I do?

If i understand correctly at corners you get landings instead of rising steps.

To change that you need to fillet that rising line with a certain radius.
