Custom Wall Profile/SEO Problem

In this custom wall profile - vaulted roof with walls, I've trimmed a short segment with SEO slabs into tapered segments for multiplying in an arc.

When assembled, the pieces won't go - there's some kind of SEO trim conflict where little tapered triangles are cut into what should be solid material.

See attached.

Even individually assigning the SEO does not fix it.

To my amazement, it works in 3D, but straight or curved, my custom profile elements won't make a symbol in the plan.

So I won't be making a wild goose GDL object after all.

Any comment?

Okay, so the arch custom profile as a beam, tilted to 30 degrees with magic wand set to 1 metre segments. What if?

the floor plan representation isn't actually too bad either.

i take it that your floor plan problems earlier weren't resolved using 'automatic' placement and the 'projected'/'projected with overhead' options with the beam's 'entire element'. . ?

it seems that a beam will only 'cut' for the cut plane if it's inclined . . .
