Custom window objects in Section/Elevation windows

I often make my own windows from slabs and save as objects but in AC11 I end up with some strange results. The custom window objects produce lines and fills in section and elevation views set to autorebuild! Everything else in the view behaves normally and if I create a new section the already placed window objects show up correctly but if they are edited or new ones are inserted the lines and fills appear again. Note: The S/E views are set to autorebuild and the lines and fills are only generated by the custom objects.
