1-how to pivot the window so that it follows the same angle as the staircase along the wall. Meaning that the sill is parallel to the stair stringer not the floor.
2-If this can be done, how can I keep the vertical elements of the window, vertical (i.e. perpendicular to the floor).
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Try the "Free Form Window" by Petri.
Find it in the depository under Doors and Windows.

Thanks Peter.
I had noticed this object in the depository before but also noted the comments made by someone not using AC8 (the authoring version) that it does not work with newer versions and was hesitant to try. If there is a work around this, please advise. Thanks

Javier,
I just checked to see if the Free Form Window works in AC 12
and it does. It also works in AC 10. I do not have AC 11 loaded
so I don't know if there is a problem in AC 11. Generally, objects
saved in an earlier version work in later versions so try it and see.
You need to check the materials, line types settings, etc
because between versions they may have changed.
