Different textures on room walls ceiling and floor

I have one huge slab and ceiling about 10 m x 8 m

within this slub i have rooms , kitchen etc etc

Question

1 - How i can texture different every room , when i texture floor all slub is texturized all over hole building but i have to different floor in rooms ets about walls
2 - how i can make different walls colour 1 room green other yellow
when i get colour on wall hole wall is coloured same colour of course this wall is partaialled by other walls but is in one piece

The only way is to use different walls or slabs for each material. You cant assign a material to only a part of a wall, except maybe using wall accessory.

Sometimes a thin overlay is sufficient (for floor finishes, especially)
