I'm using some fills to cover parts of my 3D Elevations I don't want to show. The fill abuts the bottom of a wall, and I want that bottom line of the wall to show above the fill, so I change the display order of the wall to be above the fill. When I come back later, the fill display order is back on top of the wall! I've asked everyone in the office and no one is changing it. The fills seem to randomly reset their order to be above abutting elements.
