Drag Command has different prompts in different projects, not able to freely move

Hello!

I recently ran into a little bit of a discrepancy in ArchiCAD. I have always activated the drag command, and used my mouse to "point" or specify the axis I want to drag my object, type in a distance, and then it moves it a set distance. 

Recently, I have activated the drag command and it is locked into this XYZ palette, I cannot drag and type. When I do, the object doesn't move the specified distance correctly because its locked into the x axis line. I attached two screenshots of this. I am sure a setting is just turned on, but I cannot find it.

You may have toggled cartesian coordinates on by pressing Slash (/).

press it again to switch back to polar (distance/ angle) on the tracker.
