Drawing Favorites Bug?

I cannot save Drawing settings with `No Title` as a Favorite. If I workaround this (by copying an existing Favorite and redefining without the title) it becomes grayed-out. Surely this is not intentional?

I think I have a related issue. I have various elements in my Favorites pallete that i can no longer use because they are grayed out. Why is that? Is there a possible fix?

This is usually due to missing Library Objects.
