Dual frame doors

Hi: I´m trying to find an option to make "double frame" doors...sorry...couldn't fin a better way to describe this in english.

I attach an image...

What I do now is create two doors:
One for the exterior frame with the marker and then another one for de opening door.

I´m sure there is an option I´m missing!
