Is it possible to save an EPS file in Plotmaker 9, I know you could do it with previous version of plotmaker. But with 9 I only get the save as "plotbook" option, no other format is available.

You need to open up publisher. Once you have done this, choose the file that you ant to publish. then, choose your desired file format, in your case EPS or as it is in the publisher list "Encapsulated Postscript" that will give you a EPS file.
