Its not hardware issue thanks for you suggestion.

It will work again after restart and no other software been affected by this issue.

Found topic of this issue since 2006, so come on its 2025 now, really?

Maybe pressing the Esc key does not do exactly what you want. Here is the Help page that talks about which actions/operations the Escape key cancels and in what order:
