With ArchiCAD 10 the program now remembers which windows you had open when you last closed a project and automatically opens them when you reopen the file. In previous versions I got used to opening lots of working section windows and then using expose to work between them. Then when I was done and closed the project my mess would automatically be cleaned up. Now with AC10 remembering what was open I have a window proliferation problem.
To close multiple windows in AC10 you can option click on the close window button of any section window and they will all close. When it gets to the plan window you will get the standard close/save dialog box. Cancel the dialog and the program will then close the rest of the windows except the plan window. Obviously this won't work if you have just saved the file because it will close the project but I find this a handy way to get organized.
Also, I am aware of and use the single window option now available in AC10 but I still find lots of instances where I like to have multiple windows open.
