When a .pln file is opening you can see a windows that shows the creation date and the las modification date of the project, is there anyway you can edit this or any indications where those data are stored ?

AFAIK, that is an operating system function...and those date/times are stored with the file attribuutes by the OS. You can view the data in Mac Finder or Windows Explorer... or from command line in either OS.

Yes you are right and in fact I already tried to change the file metadata of the filesystem but it has no influence on the creation date shown by the archicad loading windows while opening the project, I also know that you can call upon those date inside dynamic text, to create your own dynamic cartouche so they must be store somewhere and I hoped I could modify them
