Element transfer settings

Is it possible  to set the element transfer setting just to surfaces or Building materials?

I had a look and can't find it.

Question came up when a colleague  was trying to just change surfaces/material between 2 windows

The best you can do is, you can create an element transfer that uses just "All other Settings'.

That is where the materials (parameters) are.

But the problem is, this will transfer all other window parameters, not just the materials.

So things like casements, sash styles, sills, anything you set in the parameters.

I am not sure what else might be considered as 'all other settings'.

I think it is easiest to just select all the windows you want to change, and change the materials while selected.

They will all change together - saves doing them one at a time.
