Elevation Fills

Attached is an elevation of a brick column that is 1'4" wide. This would be 2 bricks wide in a running bond course (which is what the selected fill).As you can see the fill doesn't correspond to the a standard size brick (8" x 2 1/4"), it is more like 10"x3"+. Is there any way to change the pattern to the correct size?

Open the pattern and correct it. Also, make sure that you are in Vectorial mode, as otherwise you just see the bitmap preview that is not dimensionally correct.
