Exclude objects from section only?

Hello, my first post, I'm rather new to archicad and failed to find any topics regarding my problem.

I'd like to know if theres any way to exclude objects (furniture etc) from the section view - I would like them to be visible only in the elevation view.

Ideally you put them on a layer that is not used in section. Assuming you are using Layer Combinations, you then have one for 3D/presentation and one for Sections (in addition to ones for plans, elevations, and details)
