Excluding Roof from Cut Plane

Hi

Is there a way to exclude a roof (or any other element for that matter) from the cut plane?

I've got a 2 storey house with an attached garage, the garage roof is pitched, so on the first floor it gets "cut" whereas realistically, I'd rather just show the whole of the roof.

I've attached a screen shot to illustrate

You can change the roof properties to "outline only" in the Floor Plan Display in floor plan and section...
