What version of Archicad are you using?
Also what operating System?
It is best to add these details to your profile signature.
Have you taken note of the bug number and then sent it off?
Then contact your local distributor to see if they can tell you what the problem is?
Is the problem just when you start the program (before even choosing a file)?
Or is it only when trying to open a file?
Is it the default template or another file?
We need as much information as you can give to give us some clues.
