For help in creating differend window

How can I create or make something like that?

Step one in the referenced article says build the window with
slabs, walls, and other Archicad tool elements. This is meant
quite literally. In the case of what appear to be exterior trim
elements in you image, you would draw these as slabs with
their top surface elevation at zero.
