I am also having issues with updating elevation, sections, 3d views and renderings since I have upgraded. In certain areas 19 is a lot faster but in others unbearably slow. It hangs on first process for a long time. I have left the CPU run over night with some seemingly basic renderings and it won't produce anything. As I type this I am waiting for an elevation that is hanging. Not sure what it is that could be causing the issue...It's definitely not the complexity seems like a fundamental issue with how the application is processing information.

Guys,
I mentioned this to GS HQ and I was told that you should:
1. Create an AC19 PLA file which has these problems.
2. PM me the location I can download the PLA files from along with instructions on how to reproduce the slowness.
Then I will forward them to GS HQ so they can examine the source of the slowness ASAP.

An update:
Ares997 has provided me with the file, which I forwarded to GS HQ and they are working on the issue.

HI!!
The problem was with the "W Fixed 19" Windows in the file we have received form Ares.
There are too many H-V grid divisions in the window sashes (24x131) and this causes the slowness. After changing it to 1x1 division the speed improved greatly.
We checked out the AC18 version of these windows, and the same issue seems to be present. We added a bug about this issue to our database to calculate the sashes differently.
To work around the problem please reduce the sash divisions of these windows, or model it with a different method.
