Gravel fill pattern question

The standard gravel fill pattern within archicad, gives problems when I PDF a drawing (it takes a while for the gravell filled areas to generate, particularly when zooming in or out on the PDF drawing).

is there a more memory efficient way of doing a gravel fill pattern (with random circles)?

save drawing as image and adobe will open it in one refresh of screen....(Breake the rules)

Maybe lower resolution of PDFs export

and for the end...that kind of stuff doesn't make any problem for other viewers of your documents, trust me...
