License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. HELP - ROOF

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi

I am a newbie and need help with a roof. My project involves ground and first storeys. I need the roof to start above the first story, angle on the ceiling of the first story and finish on the floor of the first story. How can i stretch the roof as you can see in the image is not reaching the floor.

Secondly, this roof is meant to be a thatched roof. How do you do that?

Thanks in advance!

Select the roof and adjust the height in the Info box until it is at the right level. If the roof is assigned to a story (rather than story being selected "automatically") it will still display on the plan as it does now.

I have approximated this in the past with a thick roof with perpendicular edges, and created a material with a thatch-like texture and a suitable vectorial hatch for elevations. I can't post a picture unfortunately, as this was done at a previous workplace.

skukadia,
Did you forget to attach the render?
There is a size limit for photos, but you can usually make a pdf that will be an open-able attachment here
