I am playing the tools boxes, then i turned off some of the tools, left image, calculate, display window, extras help.

how can i go back to open the option - work ????

go to Options -> Work Enviroment
Then; Command Layout Schemes -> Menus
Then select the group you want to add to menu, for instance "image" then click "Add Selected"

I can't even go to "option", because the menu bar does not show it up.

Restart ArchiCAD, don't use the "Last profile used" option, but pick one of the standard ones. I'm guessing Novice here, but Standard gives you more options and Expert gives you more screen space. Even better, use one you've saved beacause you had it set up just the way you like it.

1. Launch AC9.
2. In StartUp Dialog choose "Open a Project".
3. Choose "Browse for a Project" or "Select a recent Project".
4. From "Set up Work Environment" use: any profile from list you need.
