How can I can rotate a profile shape around an axis ?

Hi guys.
I want to create a profile shape and then rotate it around a fixed central point.
I played around with the new shell tool in archicad 15 but didnt pull it off.
any help would be super.

DId you used a revolved shell or profile manager ? because i thick both of them can work.
