You will have to use two section markers. Then you would place the saved views side by side in the layout.

There are some other options but they are not so good.

You can generate that view using 3d cutaway. You could also use SEO.

If the section view is to be perpendicular to the horizontal line then simply step the section line vertically.
If you want the view to be perpendicular to the horizontal and angled section lines then two separate sections will be required as Eduardo mentioned.
Then join the views in the layout.
