How do I create a Simple Parapet Facade?

I am very new at Archicad and still learning the language.

Where can I find info on how to create a simple parapet facade on the front of a single storey unit?

Can I use my composite AAC veneer and timber frame wall to shoot the external AAC veneer part of the composite up? or do I need to create a separate wall on the next storey. I would like to be able to avoid a join line showing in 3d views. Or do I just have a simple timber frame wall on the front and put a separate AAC wall 20mm offset from the timber frame to avoid a join line?

What is the best and method for this?

There will be no join line if your walls join and the adjoining materials are the same. But I think you should experiment a little.
