I just want to know if it's possible to change the controlling setting to orbit and pan in 3d view mode. (i am not talking about shortcut keys)
We know that to orbit we use 'Shift+Middle Mouse Button ', and to pan we simply use 'Middle Mouse Button '. But I want to change it to -
Pan (Shift+Middle Mouse Button)
Orbit (Middle Mouse button)
How can I do it?
Operating system used: Windows 11

Hi,
This has been asked and apparently it is not (or was not) possible directly from archicad.
This thread may be helpful https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Modeling/How-can-i-change-the-orbit-shortcut-in-the-mouse/td-p/2...

Actually that's not what i asked. That question is for the shortcut key (O) for orbit tool.
I asked you how to change the way of orbiting using the mouse and keyboard. Like i used blender before which has a different way of moving arround the 3d space.

Oh. Now I understood what you meant, as a blender user myself.
Unfortunately, I do not think that is possible within Archicad settings (even after looking it up online to see if someone faced similar issues). There is a setting in the work environment - input constraints and guides, but it does not seem to alter what you asked because it only treats panning and zooming not orbiting and panning:
