Hi!
First of all I hope I'm posting in the right section.
How do you guys model lesenes? In other words, how do you deal with different depths in the facades, where some elements have different thicknesses of thermal insulation and their correct display?
I have this fairly easy facade that has three depths, as shown. I am struggling to get it to draw correctly in two places - first is the reveal around the window. It is the standard archicad window object, placed in a composite wall with 18cm of insulation and 35mm reveal on both sides. The left side draws the 180x35mm reveal and only then begins drawing the other (brick) wall. (yes, the number on the screenshot should say 40, not 20)
The second is about the cornice going above the window, dividing the wall of the upper floor horizontally. Is it OK to have one wall with 20cm insulation up to 55cm above the floor and then have a second wall above that? Or is there a better way?
Thanks for any tips!

I use columns to axhieve this,
To add thickness i use a complex profile that have :
To substract from the wall :
It does the job for 90% of the cases i have crossed
I wish there will e an object that can do this , it already exist, but it takes only the finish material,
