How to show height from sea level to top of mesh & morphin section

Good morning team,

I'm trying to show RL heights from sea level to top of the mesh and morph in section. Like a level dimension marker does in plan view but in section (first, image my situation. I can do this with beams etc using an associative label see 2nd image

Is this possible? Thanks in advance

You have two options, either to use a Dimension Tool with the Elevation construction method, or you could do it by using a Coordinate Object.
