I'm really struggling with this. I'm working in AC23 and I've got a curtain wall with one of the panels set to "CW Door 23"". I am unable to make it show door swing in plan view. It always gets displayed as closed. Is there some special trick to this? Some help would be much appreciated.

In addition to Barry's advise, set Curtain Wall System > Floor Plan and Section > Floor Plan Display > Projection Mode > Cut Components > Symbolic.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

Thanks for that. Turns out that I had my cut plane in the wrong place. I was manipulating it for this one view and then I forgot that I had made that change. It's a bit odd thought that this would have such an effect since the door in question is a floor to ceiling door. Still, at least now I know what to expect. Thank you all for your help.
