How to show up the small dialog window for entering dimensions if it is missing?

Hi everyone I need help with the small dialog window for entering dimensions because it is there just if I use measurement tool but If I want to do for example desk or something else it isn't there as you can see at the pictures below. Even if I press the Tab key I can't enter dimensions for that desk because the small dialog window don't want to show up. I already restart the ArchiCAD and also my notebook but still it isn't working at any of my ArchiCAD projects. Do you know how to fix that? Please. Thank you.

You can find the tracker under Options/workenvironment/Tracker and coordinate input.

It is also possible to show the coordinate palette: window/palettes/coordinates
