Hi, suddenly I can't see the floor plans anymore. the zoom remains fixed at 0.00%. Could you give me a hand and explain how to solve the problem?

I would say you have an element very far from your actual plan (project origin).

Try selecting all (CTRL+A) and see where the black selection dots are.

This may help you locate something way of to the side.

Or try to select just what is in the middle and right click and 'zoom to selection'.

If that works then if you 'zoom to extents' and it goes back as before, there is something far away.

Select ALL, then de-select what is in the centre and delete.

Or try the small black triangle next to the zoom % and choose from one of the pre-set amounts.

If that still does not work try turning all layers off and turn them on one (or a few) at a time to see if you can determine if there is a far away element somewhere.
