I have a problem with pet palette as it doesn't show stretch option

You'll notice that you have all 4 walls selected... and the selection dots at each corner are hollow squares meaning that the 4 walls are part of a group and are grouped together.

Read about grouping in the Help. You can 'suspend' grouping, in which case the walls are still part of a common group, but will not be treated as a single entity. Once suspended (shortcut key, menu, or toolbar button), you will have some stretch options. If all walls are selected (and grouping suspended), you can do an edge stretch which will move one wall as well as the connected walls, and some other options. You'll also be able to select a single wall and will see the stretch option when you click on a hotspot on either end.
