Inconsistent WallHole w/ Mouldings & Panels

The Mouldings & Panels is producing an Inconsistent wallhole. the attached picture shows the "Cedar Shingle" Moulding & Panel Wainscot (Panel Tool spells this Wainscoat) panel. In this view the panel is working properly. But if the bottom of the angled or arched window is below the bottom of the Wainscot then the Wallhole is cut rectangular. This is for AC9 I do not know how AC10 Panel Accessories perform.
